Useful when the engine is cold as well, this relay bypasses the input from the thermotime switch and fires the cold start valve for 4 seconds after 1 second of cranking regardless.
Fun Fact: The DeLorean is already wired for this relay and has an empty receptacle waiting for it in the relay center.
